The leadership of Irvington and Webster UMC are here to serve God and our community through the work we do.
Cindy Palacios - Pastor
In June 2021, Pastor Cindy was appointed by the district as the new pastor of the Irvington and Webster charge.
Pastor Cindy was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Growing up as a Pastor's Kid within the United Methodist Church, Cindy became familiar with ministry at a young age. With a BA in Sociology from Asbury University, Cindy felt called to seminary. She is now studying to obtain her Master's of Divinity at Asbury Seminary.
Before being a pastor, Pastor Cindy worked in children's ministry and other nonprofit organizations serving children in the foster care system. Her desire is to teach people about God and how real and present He is in their everyday lives. One thing that Pastor Cindy wants people to know is that they are loved and NEVER alone.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys riding her bike, going out for walks, cooking, and learning to play the guitar.
Rebecca Pack - Youth Leader/Secretary
Nearing the end of her work on her MA in Theology and Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary, Rebecca Pack has been serving at IUMC as our youth leader for almost four years, and secretary for nearly two years. She has a strong love for children that is poured into each of the students she teaches at the church. As a former office manager, her expertise in efficiency has helped the administrative work of the church a great deal.
Debby Robinson - Custodian
Debby has faithfully served the people of Irvington United Methodist Church for a number of years by maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities.
Kristen Hinkle - Secretary
Kristen is an Accounting and Information Technology student at University of the Cumberlands, and expects to graduate with the two BS degrees in Summer of 2023. She has served in various ministries at different churches over the years, but has a heart for homeless outreach ministry. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar (or at least trying to), cooking, and taking care of her 6 dogs.
